I recently used Dryshield for some problems I had a leak in my basement. I was very pleased with their overall service. The staffs are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

Had multiple points of leakage. Installed 30 linear feet of internal drainage system connecting to a sump pump. Very professional, clean, polite. Would highly recommend.

Although this review is coming quite late (we had our basement job done in early October 2019), we really wanted to take the time to compliment the exceptional service by the Dryshield team. We had our cottage foundation waterproofed and a sump pump put in. From start to finish the team was professional, courteous, effective and reliable. Jonathan and his associate Leo came by on two separate occasions to explain the job and give an estimate. They were very patient with all of our questions. The job began on the exact date we were promised, without delay. The crew of Jake, Curtis, Brian and Paul showed up every day on time and worked through some very unfavourable weather conditions. The job wasn't very easy in areas and the team had to dig by hand through tough mud and roots, doing so without complaint. The job was done quickly and extremely well. The team took a lot of care and attention to detail and went above and beyond (e.g., putting back torn up sod, getting rid of patio slabs) to make sure we were happy. They left the job site as clean as possible and free of debris. We highly recommend this company and crew.
